Who is
Tracey ...?
I am a forever ‘horse girl’ who has had a passion for everything horses since as far back as I can remember. In fact, I think my first memory of being on the back of a horse, was at the age of 2yrs old, placing second in a lead-line class. Horses run deep in my DNA on both sides of my family, so like many of you, I couldn’t see myself in a world that didn’t include them, every day.
"I have a passion for connection and meaning in my life ... and a great desire for meaningful work in my life."
I have spent the past 42 years in the equestrian world. I have been a competitive rider, and have done some coaching. I have managed a barn and successfully started young riding horses who went off to productive careers. For the last 22 years, I have done what everybody told me I couldn’t do, and that was have a successful career as a Registered Equine Massage Therapist.

Following my passion for this has taken me to places across Canada and the U.S.A. I have massaged horses that have been life long companions, as well as horses who have represented Canada in such events as the Pan Am Games, World Equestrian Games, and the Olympics…and both have been an honour. I have also spoken at many conferences, trade fairs and educational institutions about equine massage therapy.

For 14 years I taught in the two year, full-time equine massage therapy program that I graduated from. I had the amazing opportunity to work with students from the ages of 18 years, and just getting started at life, to those at a stage in their lives, where they were looking for a second career. Not only did I teach curriculum, but there were many moments where mentorship and some good life advice was shared.
Growing up I experienced some challenges in my life, and as I got older, while searching out some mental/emotional well-being, I found myself on my own journey of personal development. My name ‘Tracey’ means ‘courageous warrior’ and there have been many times, I have had to connect with that.

I have a passion for connection and meaningful conversation, and I also have a great desire for meaningful work in my life. After 22 years of massaging, I still LOVE what I do! I love my clients and feel blessed everyday that I have such amazing people and horses in my life. My husband and I also own a small business together, called ‘Stonepath’. It is a venture of love for healing crystals and stones that we introduced to the equine and canine worlds back in 2017.
I truly believe that if we follow our passions in life, we can’t go wrong. All of mine have led me here, to life coaching, in a world that I love….
